Russian Cream Parfait

What you need:

+ 1/2 c. sugar
+ 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
+ 1 3/4 c. milk
+ 1 pt. sour cream
+ 1 tsp. vanilla
+ 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries or raspberries, thawed
What to do:
1. In a medium saucepan combine sugar and gelatin. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and vanilla. Cover; chill about 2 hrs. or until mixture mounds.
2. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses. Top each with 1/4 c. of the berries.
